Orders & Payment

Orders are confirmed upon payment. We reserve the right to cancel orders for any reason, with a full refund. All sales are final after 30 days from delivery.

Warranty

All machines include a 1-year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects and parts failure under normal use. Warranty does not cover misuse, accidents, or modifications.

Limitation of Liability

ApexCut Equipment is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products. Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product.
